Photography Session:

Every photograph holds a piece of time, and I'm here to capture those slices of life that matter the most to you. Whether it's an engagement filled with laughter, a family reunion awash with love, or a personal portrait that portrays your unique essence, I'm committed to turning your moments into timeless memories.

Cinematic Experience:

Through the medium of film, I have the honor of weaving your stories into captivating narratives. From cinematic weddings that unfold like a fairytale to documentaries that leave a lasting impact, my goal is to create films that resonate deep within your heart and soul.

Here's how to begin

1.    Select Package

Browse through the range of packages I offer. Whether it's a photoshoot that captures your personality or a film that narrates your journey, there's a package tailored just for you. Click the 'Book Now' button under your preferred package on either the "Book Photography" page or the "Book Films" page. This will take you to directly to the chosen packages booking page. This option is also available on the investments sub-pages. That "Book Now" button is located under each package description.

2.    Submit Inquiry

On the package's booking page, the client will select the desired date and time of services or packages requested. If the client is unable to select the desired date, the client will option to submit a different time by clicking “Submit a Request” at bottom of the page. After the preferred date and time is selected or requested, the client will fill out the information requested and submit the inquiry. After the inquiry has been submitted; the client will receive a message stating the booking is awaiting approval. The client is suggested to periodically check for a follow-up email. For Wedding Films, the client will only have the option to request availability. The client will enter there requested information including the date and time of wedding. Lemoine Mac will then follow up with client to discuss details and booking. See the booking process for weddings in the "For Wedding Films Booking" section below.

3.    Inquiry Approval

Once the inquiry is received, the inquiry is either accepted, declined, or another date and time is suggested, only if that date and time is not available. The inquiry will be declined if Lemoine Mac is unable to fulfil the request due to certain circumstances. If the inquiry is accepted or another date and time is suggested, the client will receive an email to complete the booking. If another date and time is selected the inquiry is received for approval.

3.    Complete Booking

Once the inquiry is accepted, and the client has received the "complete booking" email, the client will complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire will request information about the client and the service. After the completion of the questionnaire, the client will be required to read and sign a contract. The client is suggested to download a copy of the contract to keep. After the contract has been signed, the client will be instructed to complete a payment. The client has the option of paying the 50% non-refundable retainer fee or paying for the service in full. The completion of the questionnaire, the contract signature, and the paid 50% retainer fee is required to complete the booking. If only the retainer fee is paid, the client will receive an invoice for the remainder of the service fee. This fee must be paid before the start of the service. If not paid in full before the start of the service, Lemoine Mac has the right to cancel the service.

4.    Booking Confirmation

Once the questionnaire, contract, and payment are completed, Lemoine Mac Photography & Films will sign the contract. This completes the initial booking process. Client will receive a confirmation email stating the booking is complete.

5.    Pre-Service Communication

2 days* leading up to the day of the service, Lemoine Mac will contact the client to confirm the date, time, location, and to discuss the details of the service. *Time will depend on which service is selected.

6.    final payment due

The final payment is due 1 day before the date of the service. If final payment is not received within 1 day of the date of service, the service will be terminated.

7.    Service Date

On the agreed-upon date, the Lemoine Mac will conduct the session, capturing moments and scenes as planned.

8.    final Delivery

After the completion of the session, the Lemoine Mac will process, edit, and curate the best shots before delivering them to the client through an online gallery. The client will receive a link to the client gallery. The client gallery will be only accessible by the client and whomever the client shares the link with. From the client gallery, the client will have the ability to favorite, download, and share the images if a photography session is selected or film if a film service is selected. The images will also be able to purchase image prints. For films, the client will be able to view, download and share the film.

Throughout this process, clear communication and a personalized approach are key to ensuring that clients feel valued and confident in their choice of photographer and cinematographer. By providing seamless booking experience, the photographer sets the foundation for a successful and satisfying service.

Wedding Films Booking

1.    Select wedding film Package

Browse through the range of packages I offer. Click the 'Book Now' button under your preferred package on either the "Book Photography" page or the "Book Films" page. This will take you to directly to the chosen packages booking page. This option is also available on the Wedding Film investments. That "Request Booking" button is located under each package description.

2.    Request avaILAbility

On the package's request availability page, the client will click the "request availability" button. This will take you to a contact form. The client will fill out information and select the desired date and time of wedding or leaving a short message, which is optional. After completion, the inquiry will now be sent to us to wait for approval.

3.    Inquiry Approval

Once the inquiry is received, Lemoine Mac will contact client by phone to for a pre-consultation to discuss the wedding film details. We begin with an initial consultation where we get to know you as a couple, your vision, preferences, and the details of your wedding day. This helps us understand your story and tailor our approach to meet your expectations. We will also discuss availability. After the initial consultation, and if both parties agree to continue with the process, the inquiry will be accepted. If not, the inquiry will be declined.

3.    Complete Booking

Once the inquiry is accepted, and the client has received the "complete booking" email, the client will complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire will request information about the client and the wedding film. After the completion of the questionnaire, the client will be required to read and sign a contract. The client is suggested to download a copy of the contract to keep. After the contract has been signed, the client will be instructed to complete a payment. The client has the option of paying the 50% non-refundable retainer fee or paying for the service in full. 5.    final payment due

The final payment is due 30 days before the date of wedding. If final payment is not received within 30 days of the date of wedding, the service terminated.

6.    Pre-Wedding consultation

30 days before the wedding date, we'll discuss the timeline, locations, key moments, and any specific shots or scenes you have in mind. This planning ensures that we're fully prepared to capture every special moment. 1 day before the wedding, we will contact client once again to confirm the details and discuss any changes. We will also be in contact with the wedding planner or designated contact person from the questionnaire.

7.    Wedding Day

On your wedding day, our skilled cinematographers will be on-site to capture every detail. We'll document the pre-wedding preparations, the ceremony, candid moments, heartfelt vows, the reception, and more. Our goal is to be unobtrusive while capturing the genuine emotions and special moments.

8.    post-production

After the wedding, our expert editors meticulously review and select the best footage. They then craft a cinematic narrative that beautifully tells your story. This includes color correction, sound enhancement, and adding music to create an emotional and visually stunning film.

9.    review and feedback

Once the initial edit is ready, we'll provide you with the film to review. We encourage your feedback and will make necessary adjustments to ensure that the final film meets your vision.

10.    final delivery

Once you're satisfied with the final edit, you will receive an email containing a link to Client Gallery to view, share, and download film. The email will also contain a YouTube link for your film.
