Booking Request
Overview
Below is an explanation of our booking process. After reading our booking process, click the "Booking Site" button at the bottom of page. The button will open a new window for the booking home page where all of our services can be requested for booking.
Booking Process
1. Submit Inquiry
On the booking home page, the client will select their desired service. From the service and packages page, the client will select the desired date and time of services or packages requested. If the client is unable to select the desired date, client will be able to submit that time by clicking “Submit a Request” at bottom of the page. After the desired date and time is selected or requested, the client will fill out the information requested and submit the inquiry. After the inquiry has been submitted; the client will receive a message stating the booking is awaiting approval. The client is suggested to periodically check for a follow-up email.
2. Inquiry Approval
Once the inquiry is received, the inquiry is either accepted, declined, or another date and time is suggested, only if that date and time is not available. The inquiry will be declined if Lemoine Mac is unable to fulfil the request due to certain circumstances. If the inquiry is accepted or another date and time is suggested, the client will receive an email to complete the booking. If another date and time is selected the inquiry is received for approval.
3. Complete Booking
Once the inquiry is accepted, and the client has received the complete booking email, the client will complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire will request information about the client and the service. After the completion of the questionnaire, the client will be required to read and sign a contract. The client is suggested to download a copy of the contract to keep. After the contract has been signed, the client will be instructed to complete a payment. The client has the option of paying the 50% non-refundable retainer fee or paying for the service in full. The completion of the questionnaire, the contract signature, and the paid 50% retainer fee is required to complete the booking. If only the retainer fee is paid, the client will receive an invoice for the remainder of the service fee. This fee must be paid before the start of the service. If not paid in full, Lemoine Mac has the right to cancel the service.
4. Booking Confirmation
Once the questionnaire, contract, and payment are completed, Lemoine Mac Photography & Films will sign the contract. This completes the initial booking process. Client will receive a confirmation email stating the booking is complete.
5. Pre-Service Communication
2* days leading up to the day of the service, Lemoine Mac will contact the client to confirm the date, time, location, and to discuss the details of the service. *Time will depend on which service is selected.
6. Service Date
On the agreed-upon date, the Lemoine Mac will conduct the session, capturing moments and scenes as planned.
7. Image Delivery
After the completion of the session, the Lemoine Mac will process, edit, and curate the best shots before delivering them to the client through an online gallery. The client will receive a link to the client gallery. The client gallery will be only accessible by the client and whomever the client shares the link with. From the client gallery, the client will have the ability to favorite, download, and share the images if a photography session is selected. The images will also be able to purchase image prints. For films, the client will be able to view, download and share the film.
Throughout this process, clear communication and a personalized approach are key to ensuring that clients feel valued and confident in their choice of photographer and cinematographer. By providing seamless booking experience, the photographer sets the foundation for a successful and satisfying service.
