The photographers pay attention to the event's décor, setup, and intricate details and capture each. These details contribute to the overall story of the event and are often treasured by clients.
Our photographers are skilled at capturing candid moments as well as key highlights of an event. These moments might include speeches, performances, interactions, reactions, and any special occurrences. In addition to candid shots, our event photographers often take group and individual portraits of attendees, participants, or key figures. These portraits provide a more structured and posed perspective of the event. We cover a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, anniversaries, seminars, and more. If you have a specific event in mind, please reach out to see if we can accommodate.
Do you provide prints or albums?
Unfortunately, our photography investments do not include any prints or photo albums. However, prints, photo albums, canvas, or etc. can be purchased from the client gallery.
What's included in your event photography investment?
Our investments typically include hours of coverage, professionally edited photos, an online gallery for viewing and sharing, and high-resolution digital downloads.
How are your event photography investments priced?
Pricing is based on the event's duration, location, and specific requirements.
How soon will we receive the photos after the event?
Event photos are typically delivered within 4-6 weeks, depending on the event's size and our current workload.

Does your event photography investments include a backdrop?
Our investments do not include a backdrop or photo booth. Our photographers are able take images of attendees with a backdrop that must be provided by client, upon request prior to start of event.
What happens if the event is longer than anticipated?
If your event runs over the agreed time, additional hours can be added at a predetermined hourly rate. We always recommend discussing the event schedule beforehand to ensure full coverage.
Do you have backup equipment and photographers?
Yes, we always come prepared with backup equipment to ensure uninterrupted coverage. Depending on your investment, a second photographer might also be present.
How do we book you for our event?
To secure your event date, we typically require a retainer and a signed agreement. The remaining balance is due by or on the day of the event.
Do you charge for travel?
Events within a specific radius from our location are included in the investment price. For events outside this radius, travel fees apply. Please contact us for specifics.
