Our investments typically include a set number of hours of coverage, professionally edited photos, an online gallery, and high-resolution digital files. Additional services like albums and prints can be purchased from the online gallery store.
Why do professional photos cost more than amateur ones?
Professional photographers invest in top-of-the-line equipment, continuous education, insurance, and business expenses. Additionally, post-processing, curation, and client support add hours of work beyond the shoot itself. All of these factors contribute to the cost.
How does the booking process work?
To book a session or event, a non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are typically required. This ensures that your date is reserved. The remaining balance is often due on or before the day of the shoot.
How long will it take to receive my photos after the session?
Delivery times can vary based on the type of shoot and our current workload. Typically, portrait sessions take 2-3 weeks, while weddings and events may take 6-8 weeks.
Will I receive raw, unedited photos?
Our brand promises a specific standard of quality, so we deliver only edited photos that represent our best work. Raw, unedited photos are not available for purchase or viewing.
Can I order prints and albums directly from you?
Yes! We offer a variety of high-quality print products and albums. Your online gallery will have an integrated shop for easy ordering.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Life happens, and we understand. Our agreement outlines our rescheduling and cancellation policies in detail. Typically, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date.
Are travel fees included in the investment price?
Travel fees are separate from the investment price for locations outside a specific radius from our location. Please contact us for exact rates based on your location.
